Shipping & Delivery

Order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, cutting, quality checking and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturers for shipment within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time: refers to the time it takes for the goods to be delivered from our warehouse to the destination.

USA and Canada
Standard secure shipping and insurance service takes 7-10 business days to deliver (if your item is in stock)

Australia and New Zealand
Standard secure shipping and insurance service takes 7-10 business days to deliver (if your item is in stock)

UK and Europe
Standard secure shipping and insurance service takes 7-10 business days to deliver (if your item is in stock)

Other countries
Standard secure shipping and insurance delivery takes 7-10 business days per week (if your item is in stock)

Insured delivery: If the item is lost or damaged during delivery, we will replace it for you free of charge, but only if you provide sufficient evidence.

Priority insurance delivery: Your item will be placed at the top of our order list sent to manufacturers every day. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the estimated delivery time may be the same/equal to the standard delivery time. Your item is also insured.

**Due to the different locations of our warehouses, some items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. **

It usually takes a few days to a week for the tracking number to update and show the correct tracking information. Please use a third-party website such as https://17track.net to track your order.

Please note that for some countries, delivery may take longer than estimated.

Depending on the volume of orders we receive, your delivery may take longer than usual. Rest assured that we are working hard to get all items out as quickly as possible. We know that it can be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but we don't want to sacrifice product quality. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Requests
If you need to make changes to your order, please email support@raptuf.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the necessary changes for you. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make changes. Please always confirm that you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
